Screen time, within reason.
A coach on your iPhone, not a lock. When your time is up, tell it what you need. It answers with your own goals, last night’s sleep and tomorrow’s calendar. Kindly, and on your phone only.
Coming soon to the App Store For iPhone. No account, nothing uploaded. How it works
No limits on day one, no lectures ever. Just a plan that fits your life, and a coach to talk to when it doesn’t.
It watches for two days
No limits yet. It learns how much and when you use the apps you choose, then shows you what it saw.
A plan that comes down gently
A few minutes less each day, toward a goal you set. Ten minutes at a time, then a short break, and the apps open again by themselves.
Ask, and it answers
Need more? Say why. Real needs get time, boredom gets a kind no. One emergency unlock a day, no questions asked.
What it doesn’t do
Made for adults who don’t want to be managed. You stay in charge the whole time.
- No lectures or guilt
- No push-ups or puzzles to earn minutes
- No streaks, scores or pets
- No account to create
- Nothing uploaded, nothing tracked
- Nothing you can’t change or turn off
Private by design

Questions
Can I turn it off, or take an app off the list?
Yes, anytime, in Settings. You can also pause it for the day. Nothing punishes you for it.
Which iPhones does it work on?
iPhones with iOS 27. With Apple Intelligence, the coach uses Apple’s built-in model. On other iPhones it downloads its own model once, about 3.1 GB, best over Wi-Fi.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After setup, everything happens on your iPhone.
Is it a parental control?
No. It’s for people managing their own time, and it never reports to anyone else.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Persian.
